Adoption Process
Can I visit your puppies in person? Absolutely! We are available 7 days a week from 10am-6pm by appointment. We ask that you choose 3-4 puppies for your appointment so that we can have them freshly groomed and ready for you!
Will you hold a puppy without a deposit? No - We do require a Non-Refundable deposit if you are wanting to reserve a particular puppy.
Do we have to place a deposit to come and meet your puppies? No - We do not require a deposit to come and meet our puppies. However, if you are wanting to reserve a particular puppy for us to hold until you arrive that is when a deposit will be needed.
Why do I need to place a deposit? You have the choice to place a Non-Refundable deposit if you are wanting to reserve a particular puppy. Once you reserve your puppy, We will not sell your puppy. Your puppy will be reserved specifically for your family.

Can my deposit be transfered to another puppy? Absolutely! If for some reason the puppy you chose does not work out when you come to pick up your puppy you can switch to a different puppy!
How long does the deposit hold my new puppy? The deposit will hold your puppy for 10 days. After that There is $15 a day boarding fee to cover your puppies care. If you need the boarding option please discuss this prior to placing your deposit.
Does the deposit count towards the purchase price of my new puppy? Absolutely! The deposit amount comes off the purchase price of your puppy! When you pick up or receive your puppy the balance will be due.
How do I know you are real and not a scam? We have tons of reviews on google. We are more than happy to facetime or zoom to let you meet your puppy virtually and we have references if you need them!
If I live too far away to visit in person how can I purchase my puppy? 1.) Choose your puppy - we are happy to facetime or zoom call with you so you can meet your puppy virtually! Ask for a travel quote based on your location. 2.) Place your Non-Refundable deposit to secure your puppy. 3.) We will prep your puppy and all necessary travel documents for your new puppy travel to your nearest airport or home via our private nanny. 4.) When you receive your puppy your balance will be due.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash or, with a 4% fee we can accept credit , debit or paypal.
Are there any additional fees that i will be charged? We do not have any hidden fees. We do have a 7% Indiana sales tax and a 4% convience fee if paying with credit,debit or paypal.
Do you need my ID? Yes, we will check your ID to make sure everything matches the payment method.
Are your puppies microchipped? Yes, all of our puppies are microchipped.
What is included with my new puppy? You will receive a puppy folder filled with information, your health guarantee, vaccinaton and deworming record, microchip information, a blanket and a small bag of puppy food.
Can I return or exchange my puppy? No, we dont beleive that puppies are products. When you adpot one of our babies they become apart of your family. No different than when you adopt a child.
If my new puppy doesnt work out can I return the puppy? We will always take one of our puppies back any time during their life. There are NO refunds.
Puppy Specifics
Can you guarantee adult size on my puppy? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee adult sizeon any puppy. There are too many factors that play into their growth.
Can you tell me now what color my puppy will be as an adult? We can give you an estimate of color but cannot guarantee adult color on any puppy.
Are all of your puppies registered? No, not all of our puppies are registered. We do indicate in their title if they are registered by labeling them AKC or UABR.
Are registration papers important? If you are looking to show or breed your dog, you will likely want registration. If you are looking for an amazing pet they are not needed.
If a puppy is registered does that indicate future health? No, registration provides a family tree. It is not an indicator of future health. This is why we health test our parents to produce the healthiest puppies we can!
What is the difference between AKC and UABR? Both AKC and UABR are both registration companies. If you are looking to show your puppy in an AKC show you would need AKC registration.
What does AKC stand for? AKC stands for American Kennel Club.
What does UABR stand for? UABR stands for United All Breed Registry.
When will I receive my puppies registration papers? If your puppy is registered you will receive your registration paperwork within 2-4 weeks after purchase. We have a registration clerk that handles all of our paperwork. This helps to ensure there are no errors in our record- keeping as well as your family receiving the correct registration for your new puppy!

What is OFA? OFA stands for Orthopedic Foundation For Animals. We have our veterinarian prescreen all of our adults to ensure a good heart and strong patellas. By prescreening our adults we are doing everything we can to decrease the chances of your new puppy having an issue.
What is Embark Testing? Embark Testing is a genetic test we use to prescreen all of our adults for genetic defects. When planning a litter of puppies its important to understand both of the parents genetics to ensure you are making a proper pairing decision. The goal is doing everything we can to decrease the chances of your new puppy having a genetic issue/issues.
Do I need to register my puppies microchip? Yes, the microchip is automatically linked to our account. You will need to register the microchip with your information. This is important for if your puppy ever gets lost so they know who to contact.
What is F1 , F1B or Multigen? These are term used to describe a designer breeds generational crosses. An F1 is a first generation. For example If you pair a Matlese mom and a poodle dad you now have a F1 Maltipoo litter 50/50. For an F1B (The B stands for back cross) You would pair a F1 Maltipoo with a poodle. The resulting litter would be F1B maltipoos 25% maltese 75% poodle. For a Multigen the process above is repeated thru generations.
Is my puppy potty trained? We do start the puppies on puppy pads and go outside 3-4 times a day weather permitting. That being said you will still need to house train your puppy.
Has my puppy had any formal training? Our puppies are very well loved and receive alot of care and attention. We dont formally train them because we dont want to confuse them when they go to their new homes. Everyone has different methods of training.
Travel Specifics
Can I pick up my puppy? Yes
Who will be delivering my puppy? We have a team of private nannies that we trust 100% that will hand delivery your puppy!
Can I hire my own transporter to pick up my puppy? No, we only use our private nannies for travel to ensure a safe and positive experience for our puppies. You are however welcome to pick up your puppy!
If I fly into a local airport can someone meet me there with my puppy? Absolutely, our private nannies can meet you at arrivals with your new baby! Inquire with us for a quote.
Is the private nanny service free? Unfortunately not, the private nanny service is in addition to the purchase price of the puppy. Inquire with us for a quote.
Can I pay the private nanny cash for the balance? Yes, our private nannies are trustworthy. You can pay your remaining balance in cash.
Do your nannies fly or drive? Both! Depending on your location our private nannies will either fly or drive to deliver your new puppy!
If the nanny is flying with my puppy, where does the puppy go on the plane? Our puppies ride in cabin with our in flight private nannies. We will not put a puppy in the cargo hold.
